FUNK-tional Clay

WEDNESDAYS 6:00 – 7:30 PM

We are putting the “fun” in funk, and the “funk” in functional. Working alongside ceramic artist Julia Mills, students will discover that a mug doesn’t have to be an everyday, ordinary mug, it can be FUNKY! Beginning with basic pinch pots and bowls, and moving on to hand-built mugs, each week students will learn a variety of clay techniques. At the end of this 6-week session clay artists will take home a variety of uniquely creative vessels, a funky mug, and more.
