Participants will get to explore the gallery inside and out, while getting a closer look at the artwork on display. Students of all abilities will enjoy the variety of art activities and games, including painting, drawing and maybe even a print or two. AGES 7-11
Watercolour in Paradise

Is it time for a getaway? Watercolor in Paradise is calling! In this 6 week class student artists will try their hand at a variety of traditional and non-traditional watercolour painting techniques. AGES 11-15+
FUNK-tional Clay
April 12, 2023 - May 17, 2023
FUNK-tional Clay. We are putting the "fun" in funk, and the "funk" in functional. Working alongside ceramic artist Julia Mills, students will discover that a mug doesn't have to be an everyday, ordinary mug, it can be FUNKY! AGES 11-15+

Beginning April 15. POP! into spring with our 6-week Pop Art 101 course! We're talking; BOLD lines, BRIGHT colours and compositions inspired by artists like Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. AGES 5-7

Beginning April 15. Welcome to Warhol’s Factory where humor, irony and advertisement meet art! Incorporating BOLD lines, BRIGHT colours, and speech bubbles this class is for making art that is sure to POP! AGES 8-10

Cancellation Policy

No refund for cancellation made less than one week prior to the beginning of class unless circumstances warrant particular consideration. All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee regardless of when cancellation occurs. The Thunder Bay Art Gallery reserves the right to cancel under-registered classes.
