Public Programming Studio
With an open floor plan, and lovely picture window overlooking the gallery’s surrounding forest, the Public Programming Studio serves as an exceptional multipurpose venue for small gatherings and meetings. This space regularly displays a rotation of artwork from different local community groups, so you can expect a little something different each time you book the space. This space is best suited for groups of 40 or less.

Foyer
As your first point of entry when visiting the gallery, our Foyer space serves as an open and welcoming venue for any mid-size reception or banquet. The hallmark of this space is its main exhibition wall which displays a rotation of powerful and vibrant artwork throughout the year. This feature creates a compelling backdrop that makes any networking event or cocktail party something truly unique. This space is best suited for groups of 80 or less – but larger groups can be accommodated by booking the Public Programming Studio in tandem.

Gallery Space Rental
Our gallery spaces are available for presentations and receptions. Gallery rentals are subject to the room made available by the exhibition currently on display. Contact us to inquire about Gallery space availability and capacity.
Note: Food and drink cannot be served within the gallery space.
Amenities
Folding Tables (6ft Rectangular, and 58” Round), and Chairs are provided free with all rentals, subject to availability.*
We can provide linens and place settings*, as well as presentation equipment (podium, projector and screen, laptop, microphone, etc.) at an additional charge. Please inquire for more details.
*Additional equipment and place settings are available to rent from third party providers.
Food
The gallery does not have an internal caterer, catering and bars services can be outsourced to any preferred third party.
Wedding / Baby Shower Rentals
The Gallery cannot accommodate large scale weddings or showers. These events are available to a maximum of 30 occupants. Decoration ability is limited. Please inquire for more details.

Our accessible facilities are available throughout the year for all types of events.
Our meeting room and three gallery spaces can be booked when our exhibitions allow. Audiovisual equipment, tables, chairs, and linens are available on request.
