Clay Christmas Gnomes

 Thunder Bay Art Gallery

Sunday, November 22
12:30–4:30 PM

Ceramic artist Kasia Piech will teach you how to build a ceramic Christmas gnome from clay. This workshop is great for both beginners as well as those who have worked with clay before. Participants will learn the basics of hand building with clay slabs, coils, and pinch pots to create a gnome. Finished projects will be fired in a pottery kiln and ready for pickup in time for the start of the holiday season. This festive character will be a great addition to your holiday décor this year!

All materials are included in this class. Please wear a smock or old shirt to protect your clothing.
