Join us to learn more about Tremble’s fascinating research into wampum origins, Anishinabek culture and history, and the relationship between wampum, NFTs and blockchain technology.
This event coincides with the fall launch of the Thunder Bay Art Gallery’s new NFT by artists Quinn Hopkins and Blake Angeconeb. Their collaborative work Bakwene Makwa (2022) is the first NFT commissioned and collected by a public art gallery in Canada.
