Join the Gallery for a relaxed, hands-on exploration of art materials in our Summer Studio series. Each session offers a chance to connect with fellow creatives while experimenting with a variety of materials, guided by friendly Gallery staff. Come to one studio or join them all. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play! 

Step into the serene world of botanical art in this Summer Studio dedicated to capturing the beauty of plants through watercolour illustration. You will explore the delicate details of leaves, stems, and blooms, while learning foundational drawing techniques, composition, and watercolour rendering. Through guided exercises and open-ended experimentation, you will explore techniques such as washes, blending, colour mixing, and building soft layered effects while you create a series of small studies. Join us for a relaxed, exploratory session perfect for beginner or anyone looking to reconnect with their creative side.
