Carved Clay Surface Finishes (ages 11-15)

Wednesdays: May 7 – June 11 (6 classes) 

6:00 – 7:30 pm

Members: $130 | Non-Members: $150

Explore the art of tactile clay decoration through carving the clay surface. Learn techniques to create textured surfaces using needle and ribbon tools. Make your own graphite drawing transfer and carve different textures, designs, and make a bas-relief image. Take home your own bisque and glaze fired projects.  

Refund/Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations made less than one week prior to the start date. Refunds subject to 10% administration fee. The Thunder Bay Art Gallery reserves the right to cancel any workshop, art camp or class at their discretion, in this instance a full refund will be applied.
