Creative Aging
At the Thunder Bay Art Gallery we see every day how the arts benefit visitors of all ages. Research has shown that engaging in the arts helps manage stress and increases mindfulness. The Thunder Bay Art Gallery’s Creative Aging initiative aims to re-engage seniors in meaningful, arts-based activities that foster social inclusion, emotional well-being, and community connection. Creative Aging welcomes diverse senior communities and provides accessible workshops and events. Experience the positive impacts that come from incorporating arts and culture into the lives of seniors.
