Jane’s Walk is an annual festival of free, citizen-led walking conversations inspired by writer, urbanist and activist, Jane Jacobs that takes place in communities around the world. The Thunder Bay Art Gallery’s Public Programming Coordinator will be leading a walk exploring the public art along the city’s waterfront, ending at the future site of the New Waterfront Gallery

Explore our community’s public art and iconic landscape as an opportunity for reflecting, sharing, and imagining. At the site of the new Thunder Bay Art Gallery, take part in a collaborative land-based art activity designed for people of all ages and abilities.

The walk begins at the splash pad at Prince Arthur’s Landing and end at the site of the New Waterfront Gallery, South of the boat launch.
